Erine grew up in the Shuswap and is happy to now call the Okanagan home! She has a great love for the outdoors and you will often find her spending time with her beautiful daughter hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening, doing yoga or meditating.

Her love of massage and wellness stems from growing up with a very close family member with chronic illness and seeing the profound effects massage, movement and mind set can have on a persons health and well being. After being in a motor vehicle accident herself Erine knows how difficult, stressful and frustrating the healing process can be. She has experienced first hand the benefits of massage therapy along with other allied health professions in the recovery process.

Erine began her journey in 2004, when she received certification as a Natural Health & Spa Practitioner from the Canadian Institute of Natural Health & Healing in Kelowna. In 2008, she took her yoga teacher training at the Vancouver School of Bodywork & Massage. She enjoyed teaching yoga for a number of years and you will often see her incorporating yoga into home care.

After over 10 years in the bodywork industry Erine made the decision to attend the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy here in Vernon. She enjoyed working in all the different outreach programs at the college and with any disorder, injury or illness. She has a unique massage style that pulls from all of her previous training in modalities such as Shiatsu, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Reiki, Myo Facial & Trigger point release. Erine has a gentle approach yet also enjoys using deep tissue techniques when necessary.

Erine is excited to be a part of the Okanagan Sage team and to continue on her path to help clients of all ages and abilities on their path to optimal healing and wellness!

* NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS*

I was raised in the Kootenays, and in my early twenties, moved to Vernon to complete my schooling at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2010. Right after graduating, I moved to Chilliwack, where I opened my very first clinic.

I spent five successful years living and running my business in Chilliwack, The Healing Oak, but I missed the Okanagan lifestyle. I sold my clinic and moved back to Vernon in 2016.

In January 2018, my dear friend and colleague Josie Teitge, moved to Vernon, and we found the perfect space to open a business together: our beautiful clinic, Okanagan Sage.

I have a son, daughter and a golden retriever that keep me very busy when I am not in the clinic, as well as running my home based clinic from Falkland, BC.

I love to work with a wide variety of people with a tendency to gravitate towards pre and post natal clients as well as infants. I truly love what I do and feel so grateful to be able to work in such great communities.
